Figures exclude hardware and options. The hotel recovers VAT. Paying monthly instead of yearly adds 20%.
What surrounds the number
- Monthly minimum per property on the plan fee: Essentials SAR 1,200; Operations SAR 2,500 (1–3 star) or SAR 4,000 (4–5 star).
- One-off setup by hotel size: SAR 12,000 up to 100 rooms, SAR 18,000 up to 200 rooms, SAR 27,000 up to 300 rooms; above that, a quote. Credited in full if the hotel continues after the pilot.
- Group discount: 10% from 5 properties, 15% from 11 properties.
- Room-phone Voice is not counted here: it is sold after the pilot, for hotels of 120 rooms and up, once we have measured real minutes.
- Premium Care is optional on Operations: the larger of 15% of the plan fee or SAR 1,500 a month.
